ESTIMATOR Estimators are responsible for accurately bidding the projects and following up until bid results are determined.

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT Provide on-site supervision and work in collaboration with the superintendent to lead the efforts of the subcontractors. Assist the Superintendent in completing daily job duties in a timely manner.

SUPERINTENDENT The project superintendent’s responsibility is to supervise the quality construction of a project and complete the work on schedule and within budget. It is the superintendent’s responsibility to protect and promote IE2 interests in all matters and do whatever is reasonably necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER The Assistant Project Manager provides diverse project management support to facilitate the effective execution of construction projects. In supporting the project manager, successful assistants are driven and focused to quickly learn and contribute to all aspects of projects. Chain of Command Assistant Project Managers report to a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager.

DIRECTOR FOR COMMERCIAL INTERIORS IE² Construction has an immediate opening for the right candidate to lead our Commercial Interiors division. The division would be considered its own business unit, currently has an annual revenue of $15M, and is positioned for immediate growth. As the leader of the division, you would be responsible for maintaining current business relationships, developing new relationships, have authority over staff, and have input over company procedures and processes. Your division would be supported by the admin, marketing, accounting, and estimating staff. The ideal candidate would have 8-15 years of experience with the most recent being spent in commercial TI’s, local to Austin, and well respected in the industry. Compensation is negotiable and expected to be in line with the current market conditions.
